About Shaylee Retreat

Lower floor - Spacious open plan living area comprising of a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining and spacious lounge opening out to a private garden courtyard.

Upstairs - Master bedroom (1 x king bed, 1 x double pull out sofa bed, full en-suite and TV), guest room (1 x queen bed), open sitting area with double pullout sofa bed and common bathroom. Maximum of 4 adults per stay.

Roof - Synthetic grass deck with 2 x deck lounges.

All bedding, linen and pillows are provided. Tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. All you need to bring is your clothes, beach towels, bucket and spade!


Booking Conditions

Check in time: 3PM, Check out: 11AM. No additional cost for early-late times subject to availability.

SORRY NO SCHOOLIES, PARTY GROUPS, WATER BALLOONS, NO SMOKING INSIDE and DEFINITELY NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!!

Guests MUST make every effort leave property CLEAN and TIDY before checking out.

Payment Method - Credit card or EFT Direct Deposit

10% deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance of payment is due 14 days including $250 bond prior to booking date. Bond refunded upon inspection of the property following the booked dates and return of the keys.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION
-ANY cancellation will incur a $50 inconvenience fee.
-Cancellation more than 30 days prior to booked start start date will be given full refund (less $50 fee).
-Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the booked start date the deposit will be retained unless the property is re-booked for the period cancelled.
-No refunds will be made for early departure once the booking has commenced.

Owners reserve the right to refuse any booking.
