Sleeping up to 9 guests, it features 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for families or groups. The home offers open plan living and dining with a cozy Coonara wood heater and TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Each bedroom is uniquely crafted with comfort in mind, with plush beds while storage areas and hangars keep your belongings organized. The two bathrooms are spacious and come equipped with either a walk in shower or a shower/bath.

The living spaces are designed to keep everyone entertained throughout your stay. Enjoy a family movie night on the Smart TV, complemented by a great selection of DVDs. Children aren't left out either, with board games, puzzles, as well as children's books and toys to keep their imaginations active. Step into the separate games room, complete with table tennis and a pool table.

Outside, the fully fenced yard provides a secure space for your pet to play, while a BBQ and patio area are ideal for alfresco dining and casual get togethers. Aqua Escape on Anderson is also practical with convenient parking for up to four cars, free street parking, a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and Wi-Fi. On chilly evenings, keep warm by the wood heater in the lounge, or enjoy instant warmth with the wall mounted reverse cycle heating.
