May 2026 - September 2026, all rentals INCLUDE the use of the private pier and red 2018 18ft Sun Tracker pontoon with a 60hp engine!! Fuel for the pontoon and lifejackets for each guest are also included. Guests that plan on using the pontoon, must sign boat rental agreement and boater safety instructions. We cannot guarantee rentals in March 2026, April 2026 & October 2026 will include the pontoon. It depends on the weather and water temperature.

Leah's Lakehouse offers a breathtaking view of Flint Lake from the house, deck, patio and yard. With depths as deep as 75 feet, this 90 acre, all natural, spring fed lake offers phenomenal fishing year round!

Being recently remodeled and renovated, you will experience all the modern conveniences of a new home coupled with the quaint charm of a country lakehouse.

Fisherman come from all over to fish Flint Lake. The fishing, especially bass fishing, has been incredible this season. There are also northern, perch, catfish and other fish in the lake.

** THE HOUSE CAN ONLY HOLD 6 PEOPLE TOTAL. Parties, family gatherings, additional family members and additional friends are not allowed if it means more than 6 people will be at house. This includes “just for the day” or “just for a few hours.”

** Don’t forgot to bring your beach towels!

** If you plan on fishing from the yard or pontoon, make sure you have an Indiana fishing license!

** If you are staying more than a couple day, we will come by early in the morning to check/fill the gas tank (we will not disturb you). DO NOT fill the gas tank.

** Due to the pontoon, paddle boards, kayaks, etc., the yards are equipped with two security cameras.

** If you are unsure if your rental includes the use of the pontoon, please send me a message. March, April and October rentals will include the pontoon WEATHER PERMITTING. If it is below freezing or there is snow in the forecast, the pontoon CANNOT be in the water.
