About this property

Bronte Court 3, now under new ownership and refreshed with updated furnishings, presents a cozy unit in the bustling heart of town. It boasts amenities such as air conditioning, a television, and breathtaking water vistas overlooking South West Rocks Main Beach, Trial Bay, and Arakoon.

The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that leads out to a spacious balcony, perfect for unwinding with a barbecue while admiring the beautiful scenic views.

Bronte Court 3 accommodates up to 8 guests. Upstairs, you'll find the main bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a single bed, and a trundle bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds and the main bathroom. Additionally, downstairs there's a powder room and an internal laundry equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, and separate toilet.

Conveniently park in the secure car park and enjoy easy access to the beach, headland, restaurants, shops, and playground within walking distance. Alternatively, explore the bike path leading to Arakoon and Trial Bay Gaol.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper, among other personal necessities. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided

Great spot

The unit was great - beautiful view, very spacious and super central and easy to get everywhere. My only frustration was having to order linen from a linen hire company and make the beds. I did not realise that linen was not included in the price of the unit and had to organise linen hire last minute and pay $90 extra for linen and make the beds up myself. That was the only drawback.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To whom it may concern,The staff were good however, some of the changes/ modifications/ suggestions we gave last year and the year before had not been done at all.We had mentioned 2 years ago that the sofa downstairs had flees in it. It wa stiil the same old (horrible and dirty sofa) sofa that wa there 2 years ago. We spent the whole week not being able to sit on the sofa as every time we did, we spent the whole time scratching ourselvesNoen of the sliding doors worked properl, especially the one upstairs that leads into the ensuite. I had mentioned this last year but nothing had been done about itThe wooden furniture on the back verandah could not be sat on as it was broken. I have mentioned this 2 years ago and nothing had been done about itI feel like we deserve some money being taken off the fee for apartment 2 that we will be staying in next year.

Nice big property but a bit grubby

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
