This is a very well presented holiday property, that is well furnished and has all the mod cons.

South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

The Crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfer visit Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.

If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surfskis, pushbikes, diving equipment, or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.

The historic Trial Bay Gaol,Smoky Cape lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Most of our accommodation is centrally located to the town centre, beaches, restaurants and facilities.

Helpful hints

Location great Cleanliness and up keep need improvements. *example aircon does not work and electricians have previously advised owner of this problem which was expressed to us by the electrician on the day, Especially when advertising 3 bedrooms and aircondition unit. Aircon was one of the reasons we chose this unit to keep our new born at a regular temperature. * cleaning - there was a tray full of fat sitting in draw under oven, glass and food under the lounges. I think a quick inspection before people enter the property would address these issues, also during inspection if lights are check to make sure they are working Rangehood light and top step wall light may benefit from this. If these small things are attended to we would be happy to come back.
