Kamaole Sands BUILDING ONE Ocean View- 2BR/2BA- Large Lanai & A/C THRU-OUT

Maui temperatures seem to keep going up so please note Kama'ole Sands 1-405 has a "three zone split air conditioning system". When the trade winds aren't blowing, you'll be glad 1-405 will be a cool place for you to recharge for the next day!

So, Kama'ole Sands. This is a great resort in a great area; and it's across the street from one of Maui's best beaches. If you are looking for a beach resort to create Maui memories, this is the place.

Yes, the picture of the courtyard and ocean was taken from the 4th floor lanai of our building one Hawaiian retreat. The view of the fountains, gardens and ocean is spectacular from our relaxing vacation home.

Once you visit this beautiful complex you will see why we emphasize the building one location. Close to everything in the complex, but far enough away to not hear the beach traffic.

Little extras make for better memories. Our assigned parking is in front of our building, many are not. Building one is conveniently located near the administration building, tennis courts and barbecue area. Oh yes, we are just seconds away from the pool area but not so close that you'll hear the noise.

Our Hawaiian home comes furnished.* We have a full size washer and dryer, a queen bed and bathroom on the main floor, a king bed and bathroom in the loft area and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room along with TV's in the loft, main floor bedroom and a new (Dec. 2023) TV in the living room.

Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary Headquarters and La Kahea Community Farm are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Kihei Kalama Village and Kihei Town Center Shopping Center. Kula Botanical Garden and O'o Farm are also worth visiting. Kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.

Our family was very satisfied with our stay this trip. We have come to Kamaole Sands two previous times and this unit has been the best by far. Everything was in great shape. The cleanliness was excellent. The extra large balcony and phenomenal view of the grounds and ocean was a bonus. They also had 6 beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, a wagon and buckets and shovels. We would definitely come back.

The Condo was great - it was clean, well appointed (although we didn't use any of the kitchen appliances as we went out to eat all meals) there appeared to be all the things one would need to prepare meals for their family. The designated parking space was great as well. The host was extremely responsive and gave me wonderful suggestions on places to visit as well as restaurants.I highly recommend this unit.

Had a great time. The ocean view was amazing and you could see whales right from the units lanai. The host was very helpful. It is an older unit but nice clean and the grounds were a great place for families. My boys played a lot of ping pong, enjoyed the pool and the unit had beach chairs and an umbrella that we put to good use. It also had beach towels which was nice. Would go again and the location was perfect. Right across from a beautiful beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. The condo had everything we needed and the balcony was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. The grounds were beautiful and the complex was convenient to activities, restaurants and several beaches. The condo also had AC which is a must in July! Larry was awesome to work with. Aloha from the SF bay area! We enjoy traveling and spending time with our two grown children. We recently purchased our condo, plan on visiting several times a year and investing in an already wonderful vacation home. We wish we could be in Maui year round. Until then, we hope you enjoy our home as much as we do and make many wonderful memories here.

Why they chose this property

We were immediately attracted to Kamaole Sands with it's beautiful courtyard, the casual, beach town feel of Kihei, fabulous beach just steps from our front door with frequent sea turtle sightings. Our condo in building 1 offers the best ocean view with an extra large lanai. Just a few minutes away in Wailea, we also enjoy walking on a beautiful path along the beach in the mornings and restaurants with spectacular views in the evenings.

What makes this property unique

1. New air conditioning throughout the unit August 2019.
2. Reserved parking just steps from the elevator. Nice when unloading.
3. Building well situated between ocean, pool, tennis courts and administration bldg.
4. Barbecue area right next to our building.
5. Large lanai with a partial ocean view and nice view of fountains.
