Insect problem

The apartment was old and dated and had a serious problem with roaches and spiders. Very small closet space. Shower in bathroom gets water everywhere. It needs some kind of curtain. Air conditioner rattled loudly when on.

Penelope, Sorry to hear your comments. Your husband saw the apartment before he moved in and should have cancelled if it did not meet his needs. For the record your husband occupied the space, and he never mentioned any of these issues to me. Thank you for your constructive criticism and I will verify and correct any of the issues you mentioned. The shower was designed for handicap access and therefore is open for access, unfortunately, if the user isn’t careful water will go elsewhere. The air conditioner return vent was adjusted before arrival. Any issues with bugs could have been addressed, as I have a pest control contract, but I was not made aware by your husband that there were problems. The decor is a matter of taste and all my previous guests have loved it. Thanks again for your thoughts.
