Just Metres From The Pristine Surf Beach!

Beautifully appointed townhouse with all the modern conveniences, plus air conditioned comfort.

Just park the car and enjoy your holiday - everything you need is within walking distance, including the all important beach. You can feel the sand between your toes within three minutes of walking.

Master bedroom features an ensuite and the other two bedrooms are serviced by a separate bathroom. Separate powder room also.

This is a wonderful property for the family, boasting two separate living areas (one upstairs and one downstairs).

Open plan living and functional design including a large balcony for entertaining on with a gas BBQ. Other features include a fully fenced rear courtyard, air conditioning in all bedrooms and a single lock up garage.

Sleeps seven in two queen size beds, single bunk beds and a single bed.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Fantastic little townhouse located a street away from the beach. Opposite a park with skate park and BBQ and walking distance to shops. The townhouse is very well equipped with large bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Upstairs and downstairs. Laundry includes.
