The ground level of the home has the main entrance and foyer, a large game room with a pool table, television, full bath, queen sleeper sofa, bar area with full size fridge, and access to the garage which has a second full size fridge. The game room leads out to the private pool, with a spacious deck for sunbathing, as well as to a huge patio area and fenced in lawn facing the gulf.
On the 1st level of the home you will find 4 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, and a kids room with a twin/twin and full/twin bunk bed), and a large sitting area w/a flat panel TV that is perfect for watching movies. There are 2 full bathrooms on this level, with shared access from the 4 bedrooms. From the sitting area, there is access to the utility room that has a washer/dryer, and also includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is also access to the large deck via the king and queen bedrooms, and also from the sitting area. Each of the bedrooms on this floor has a TV with the exception of the bunk room.
The 2nd level of this home is spectacular! There is the master bedroom, living, dining and kitchen areas. This is a very open floor plan which is perfect for family gatherings and meals. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a chaise lounge that is just calling you to relax, read a book and enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean.
