**Reservations being accepted for 01/2026-01/2027; stays 05/31/2026-9/20/2026 are booked by the week, Sat.-Sat.**
Watch the sunset over the bay or the sunrise over the harbor (depending on what time you get home) from the roof deck of this luxurious 3 BR, 3 bath single-family house. Beach Trees is hidden away amongst the trees and high over the West End; you’ll have stunning 360-degree views of Provincetown—from the Monument, to the harbor to Herring Cove and Race Point Beaches, to Shankpainter Pond, and back to the Monument— from the third floor roof deck. This upside down house has a light-filled upper floor with a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen, dining room, and fireplaced living room that is perfect for hosting friends and family. Sliding glass doors open to a second-floor deck where you can enjoy dining in the treetops overlooking horses grazing in the meadow. A bedroom and bathroom complete the second floor. If heights aren’t your thing, enjoy a relaxing afternoon amidst the gardens on the private patio right outside the front door. Two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, are on the first floor, surrounded by trees. The master bedroom, with its own fireplace and a walk-in closet, has a separate entrance to a deck, with easy access to the landscaped private grassy yard and an outdoor shower. You don’t have to shower alone in the luxury master-bath with a shower room large enough for two. This impeccably maintained home offers every amenity—from central AC, to Kiehl’s bath products, Bluetooth stereo indoors and out, and Internet-enabled televisions (Netflix, Prime, and Hulu included). But why stay inside and watch TV when you can hop on one of the six bicycles provided and head over to the Boatslip for tea dance, the A-House to meet new friends, or Purgatory to, well … ? Beach Trees, an indulgent private retreat, easily accessible to the beach and the hustle and bustle of downtown, has never been available for rent before and comes equipped with everything you might need for your perfect Provincetown vacation. The house also has a single-car garage and parking for up to five cars.

About the host
Hosted by Mark Davila-Witkowski

Back when Clinton was newly in the White House, and the Internet was dialup and boring, we shacked up. We’ve been visiting Provincetown for 25 years. In our youth we spent many a racy and relaxing weekend in P-Town. In recent years though, we have been visiting during Family Week with our daughter, Alex, who is now 10 years old (and for the past years with our dogs, Ginger and Tara). Like us, Alex has grown to love Provincetown, too. As a child with two dads, it is one of the places where she feels fully comfortable. For all of us, P-Town carries with it a kind of coming home.
Tom works in communications and hails from New Jersey originally. Mark is a psychotherapist and was bred, born, and raised in Los Angeles, California. Boston is home though, and has been for a good long time.

Why they chose this property
Since the 1990s we have fantasized about owning a home in town. A very long story made short, we realized that dream in 2018 when we bought Beach Trees. The unreal gorgeous views it offers, and its light filled and spacious common areas are what sold us on the house. Three bathrooms don’t hurt either. It is a very special place to be with family and friends. We are delighted to be able to share our dream with you, and hope you will consider renting our home for your special beach vacation or winter getaway.
What makes this property unique
Privacy, views of the ocean and seashore, and walking distance to town are three attributes that are rare to homes in Provincetown. Our house is situated on one of the tallest peaks in town (lightly above the base of the Pilgrim Monument), perched at the top of a long driveway, and overlooks conservation land and a horse farm. And, we are a five minute walk to Victor's Restaurant and Gale Force Bikes.
