I highly recommend this VRBO property. Overall, we had a great stay and would certainly stay here again.Highlights: - Accommodations: Three large bedrooms, all with king beds. Includes a primary suite with an en suite bathroom, a shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms, and a convenient half-bathroom off the kitchen. - Amenities: Effective air conditioning, comfortable bedding, and dedicated parking, which was a huge plus in Provincetown. - Connectivity & Layout: Strong Wi-Fi for our entire group, and both the front and back decks provided excellent spaces for morning coffee. - Location: Prime, quiet area overlooking a lovely horse farm. It is less than a 20-minute walk to the center of town and 15–20 minutes to the beach. - Hosts: Professional, responsive communicators who addressed all inquiries promptly.Areas for Improvement: - Towels: The towels felt a bit lower grade and could be upgraded to match the high caliber of the property. - Window Coverings: While the bedrooms have window coverings, the lower level lacks them, making the afternoon sun quite warm and bright. - Pests & Odor: Due to the proximity to the horse farm, the smell and flies made it difficult to keep the doors and windows open.In summary, a great VRBO find - highly recommend.
