UK Greek Sing and Keeneland Visit

We chose this property to be close to Rupp Arena for UK’s Greek Sing. The location was perfect! It had everything we needed including garage parking. Checking in and out was very easy and the property was very clean. We also went to Keeneland during our trip and was able to get there easily from this location. Would definitely stay again!

UK Graduation

This property was nice and in a great location. It was very convenient for attending graduation at Rupp. It was a short walk downtown. The owner responded immediately when contacted.

Lots of space in a great area

My friends and I rented this location for a conference. The convenient walking distance, gated garage and amount of space were great. We had a couple hiccups with check in but they were resolved easily enough and while the space was generally clean and well maintained, there were some oddities of switches and outlets not working, nor did we have functioning AC during our stay. Overall I think we’d stay here again provided those few things were addressed

Came for Football Game

The property is perfectly located close to downtown restaurants and bars and close enough to stadium that you can walk. It’s about 2 miles but doable. Host was awesome and would definitely recommend any one stay here.
