Do you like to be close to the beach and Ocean Drive? This is the place for you! This updated 2BR/2BA condo is located on the 2nd floor of Building E and is right across the street from the beach. There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom, two twins in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room if you need it. There is a Flat Screen TV in the living room and a TV in the bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need and has been updated with all stainless steel appliances. The unit has new flooring in the living room and is very comfortable. There is a great screened in porch so you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.

Waipani has one of the best pools in the area. You will love relaxing by the pool and the beach is right across the street if you want to take a dip in the ocean too. Waipani is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach so you can easily walk to Main Street to enjoy the Shag clubs or one of the restaurants located nearby.

This property has a washer/dryer in the unit and also has free Wi-Fi. THIS PROPERTY IS NON-SMOKING, NO PETS OR MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED. This unit has a 3 night minimum in the off season and weekly in summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice & clean 2 bed/2 bath condo; short walk across the street to the beach. Loved the large screened in balcony overlooking the pool. I would only suggest replacing the 2 twin beds in one of the bedrooms with another queen bed. Too small for adults but fine for kids.

Bathrooms were updated and fairly clean. My biggest complaint was the master bedroom mattress. I have never in all my life slept on a mattress that hard. The mattress totally made my stay uncomfortable as I awoke every morning in pain.

Great remote working location!

This was a great place to work remotely for several weeks. Quiet. Plenty of space. Spent time at the pool for lunch. The beach is just across the street. Very safe area. Would highly recommend to everyone, especially if you were looking for a nice location to work remotely.

Great Place if you are a smoker

We actually ended up not staying here at this unit. We immediately smelled cigarette smoke upon opening the door. This was a very cute place, clean and neat, however it was obviously a place where smokers stay. My daughter is asthmatic and cannot tolerate the smell of smoke.

We appreciate the feedback. All of our properties are non-smoking and we inspect each property prior to each arrival. This had some evidence of cigarettes on the outside of the property but no smoking was evident in the inside of the condo. We moved you to another condo and everything was fine in the new unit. We do not tolerate any type of smoking in our properties and we take extra care on the cleanliness of all of our units. Thank you.

We liked that it had a washer/dryer and a kitchenette and screened-in porch. The parking could be better, the design of the driveway around the condo complex as well as parking spaces was very tight unless you have a compact car. The couch in the condo we rented was full of stains which were very noticeable. Huge plus is that it’s right across the street from the beach which is gorgeous!

Thanks for your review and feedback. It is a great location and easy access to the beach and pool. The parking is challenging if you have a big vehicle but will accommodate most cars. We will take care of the issue with the couch.

Roaches

We had several roaches in the condo the last few days we stayed. I am praying to GOD they did not come home with us. The condo was very musty smelling by the laundry/utility closet. The boards in front of the door to enter the condo are clearly rotted and sink when you step on them. We loved the location but extremely upset about the roaches. Someone did stop by to spray, however, my 19 year old daughter was alone at the time and did not let a stranger into the unit. This is itself is very upsetting. Had the manager let us know to expect them would have been nice but no way my 19 year old daugther was allowing some guy into the unit that she did not know. There was also renovations being done at another unit and contractors were constantlh blocking the drive. We did enjoy the location and of course the beach. The unit served it's purpose but feel we should we should be paid for the extra guests (roaches).

Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you experienced some bugs while on vacation. All of the properties here are sprayed on a regular basis so that must have been the monthly spraying. That is the building maintenance and we are not aware of when they come. It is the South in the summer so there is always some bugs here. It is also an older building so there probably is some repairs that need to be done. We will let the owner know of the issues so he can inform the HOA.

North Myrtle beach stay

The condo was clean and nice. The AC wasn't working well in all rooms even though the vents were checked. The management company needs to be consistent with their instructions. One email said to call on Friday before checking in on Sunday and another email gave other instructions. We were told to use a code to open a kiosk and upon arrival the management company was open with a line to receive entry instructions. All in all a pretty easy check in and out.

Beach cove resort one bedroom condo.

Check-in was fast and easy. People were very nice and helpful. Room was nice but only a cooktop and no stove. Toaster oven was broken and toaster didn’t work right. Laundry room was not clean. We liked the location. Fairly nice for the money.

Thanks for your feedback and review. This is a 1BR condo and it is in the description that it is not a full kitchen. We ask our guests to call us anytime if there are any issues. We could have gotten you a new toaster. We will take care of that right away. The laundry area is taken care of by the resort so we will pass the information on about the cleanliness. Home away from Home

The only thing that would have made this vacation better would have been a pool. Condo was clean, modern, no pet hair, cool and relaxing. We were told the pool was open and during the covid pandemic was a big deal so we wouldn’t have to go anywhere else. But the community pool was closed and this was not communicated to us when we made reservation. Plus the bigger pool at Barefoot North closed at 6 everyday but the main property # Told us 9.

All guests have been informed of the community pools being closed due to Covid-19 but all guests in Barefoot have the option of using the North Tower pool which is very close by. The pool hours have been limited this year as well due to the pandemic. We do apologize for the miscommunication and hope to see you again soon.
