Small basement apartment good location.

Good location near many restaurants, and had offstreet parking. Well done up in kitchen area especially, however there was a lack of cutlery. As this was below footpath level, we could not open any blinds as passers by would see in and there was no outdoor area. Bed needs changing as sags and needed an extra doona. But quiet.

Comfortable and in a good location

Comfortable, climate control worked well. Bathroom was clean. Floor was cold, but that doesn't bother me. Within walking distance of some good eats. not recommended if you're sensitive to loud sounds as its close to the airport and lots of vehicle traffic might keep someone up all night but I'm deaf in one ear so no worries for me.

Everything in apt was updated and clean. Very convenient to downtown Burlington. Would stay there again. Neighborhood a smidge scruffy / on the "urban" side, but overall would recommend.
