Good for location only
Love this location and communication with the property manager is fantastic. I really appreciated their call to preview the check in process as we were arriving on a holiday. That said, this property is incredibly dated - no updates since originally built! Note: there is no washer/dryer included with this unit (unlike others we have stayed at in this property). Location can't be beat, but that is about where it ends. Master bath sink didn't drain, very few towels, multiple lightbulbs out (2nd bedroom is very dark!), cobwebs in all of the corners, no firewood (even a starter log would have been a nice touch). Not even an afghan on the sofa or a puzzle in the family room. It is a bare bones condo, so bring your own creature comforts.
this is our second stay in this complex and it is great - convenient to slopes, clean and cozy, spacious and lovely.

Condo needs work
This Park Ave unit #267 was the unit we rented. It needs a lot of work. The kitchen faucet was falling off of the sink, light bulbs were burned out, and the biggest issue. No hot water in the upstairs bathrooms. Complained to the property managers, Identity Property Management, who sent someone out immediately, and also immediately, upgraded us to a different and very nice condo in the 3 Kings condo project. Much thanks to Identity Property Management for salvaging what could have been a bad experience.
