The Three Kings # 80 (gold rated) condo features a dining room/living room and kitchen area with half bath, private bedroom with full bath downstairs and a loft bedroom with full bath upstairs. Three Kings #80 also offers complimentary wi-fi. (1318 square feet). Three Kings amenities include changing facilities with showers, common area outdoor hot tub/sauna and laundry room, outdoor heated pool and underground parking. The bedding in Three Kings # 80 offers 1 king bed in the downstairs bedroom and 1 queen bed in the upstairs loft bedroom. This rental does not offer a sofa sleeper. This comfortable condo is great for families or couples and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. This convenient location and accessibility to the area attractions will make your vacation memorable and thinking of your next return visit.
~Three Kings guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door code/entry code to the rental.

End of March in Park City

Great property, clean, spacious, great service. Literally a 4 minute walk in ski boots from the property to get to the First Time lift, but if you want get to Payday it's about 10 min because you hit the hill and it's another couple hundred yards. Definitely walking distance. The free PC shuttle is very close and convenient. The unit was well appointed, especially the kitchen. Will stay here again!

I loved staying here it’s 10x better then the photos depict it

We had a great time it’s so close to the Lift and close to the lodge the photos do not do this condo justice it’s way bigger than it looks we had a lot of fun

Easy ski access

Great location - easy walk to the Park City resort lifts! Hot tub and pool were a welcome spot after a long day of skiing - 2 min walk from the condo - great rec spot as well! Unit is well maintained and the issues noted in other reviews were not an issue. Quick responses from the management company who was very accommodating and helpful! Great place, I would stay again!
