Large furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located mid-island in Barnes Plantation. Newly redecorated and remodeled. Condo has open living room, dining room and kitchen, all new appliances. Master suite has large walk in shower and walk in closet. Vinyl wood floors throughout. Condo has a king in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a double with a twin bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom. The condo is located in a gated community that has a pool and fitness center.
The unit is located on the second floor.

St. Simon’s Weekend Getaway

We stayed at this property for a long weekend and had a great time. The apartment had everything we needed and the management was prompt, professional and gave us all the info we needed upfront. The set up worked perfectly for our family of 5 and our older kids loved the bunk beds. We had no issues during our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this property to others!

Everything was just as listed. Great place with plenty of room for everyone. We did forget to lock our car doors the first night we were there and my car was broken into so I highly recommend locking your car every time! Other than that, no noise, very clean, with wonderful amenities

A Lovely, Brief Visit to a Friendly Island

Briefly, we had difficulty with the internet connection, but the property manager resolved it quite quickly. Even though we were there during a brief cold period, we still had such a wonderful time visiting and experiencing the sites, the good food, and the kindness of the locals. The property met our needs very well....no suggestions for improvements; we were very content dwellers. We will return and hopefully stay again at Barnes Plantation...but not soon enough. :)
