endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is

required at check-in.



** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline

community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse,

tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not

attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which

our Guests are responsible.



Snowline Cabin #49 – A Newly Remodeled Country Cabin…Perfect for Your Family

Retreat with Fido!

This newly renovated 2-story, 3-bedroom, one and ¾-bath country-style cabin is

the perfect family vacation retreat! The first floor features an open floor

plan living and dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, an open kitchen

with a breakfast bar, a dishwasher, one bedroom with one king-size bed, and

one full bath. A utility closet includes a stack washer and dryer. The back

door leads to a new deck..perfect for lounging, picnicking, and BBQ'ing, and a

covered outdoor Hot Tub! Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals

an all-new ¾-bath, flanked by one bedroom with one queen size bed and one set

of standard-sized bunk beds plus a nice walk-out balcony, and a second bedroom

with two queen size beds. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) and

monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10 persons (ENFORCED

Maximum Occupancy!).



Former Guests may recognize this cabin as our old Cabin #9…a family favorite.

The new owner is stepping-up with numerous upgrades, making this cabin an even

more enjoyable family experience. You'll be thrilled with the upgrades!

Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest,

close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area

rich in history and outdoor opportunities.



The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests

enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,

backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,

whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER

Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing,

snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the

photography is unsurpassed year-round!

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as

the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures

are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation

refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.



**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them

at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They

should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests

seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via

a different provider.
