A Winter Holiday Event. At the Beautiful Beach in Qualicum Bay. We include one complimentary one-day ski pass to Mount Washington (just a 45-minute drive) with each booking of one week or longer. If you’d like to use it, simply let us know—we’ll purchase the pass and email you the confirmation with a barcode. When you arrive at the resort, scan the barcode at the kiosk and you’re all set. Enjoy!

Once in a while you become aware of a very remarkable place. The kind of place you thought would no longer exist until you found it. A place to pause and live again in fresh, pure air perfumed by the blending scent of cedar and the Salish Sea. With a bounty of fresh oysters, clams and crabs all year round. This is that place!

Lighthouse Country boasts more than 60 miles of Ocean shoreline and sandy beaches with countless streams and rivers playing host to spawning salmon and native trout. A great home base to go explore the surrounding areas such as the Comox Valley, Hornby Island and its famous Tribune Bay, Bamfield, Pachena Bay, the majestic North Island and so much more. Wineries, dining experiences, wildlife excursions, endless outdoor activities, spas and shopping, there really is something for everybody.

Bring your own SUPS, kayaks or canoes and paddle right in front of your rental or rent some from one of the local businesses.

750 square foot rustic cabin with ocean view, short walk on property to beach. Two bedrooms. One with a king size bed, other a queen size bed. The living room has a leather sofa with a pull out queen size bed. The bathroom has a step in shower. Dining table for four has a great view of Qualicum Bay. Small covered deck off the kitchen with outdoor seating and BBQ. Enjoy the communal fire pit and picnic area.

September week stay!

My wife and I and our 2 adult kids had a great stay at the cabin. It had all we needed and being right on the ocean was awesome for beach combing and fishing! Brian and Sarah are great hosts, we will definitely stay here again if we come to the island again!

Great Beach location

Property managers Bryan and Sarah were great, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location is steps from the beach and it is wonderful! The cabin isn't fancy, but it was clean and perfect for our family of 5, to stay in and enjoy days playing in the ocean. A great vacation all around 😊

The 2 bedroom cabin was full of amenities and very clean. It is located nicely on private ocean front property. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. Check in and out was a very easy process. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again in the future.

Explore Qualicum Bay

We were very pleased with the cabin and the property. A lovely view from our dining room table. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Bowser was worth a visit: Tomm's Food Village is a good grocer, the coffee shop very nice and the two gift shops were interesting. Qualicum Beach is not too far from the cabin and is a lovely town.

Great little place

Lovely property with 2 rentals, we stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin. It was everything we needed. Its not ocean front but has a good view of the ocean and plenty of room to enjoy the beach. The resident caretakers Sarah and Brian were fabulous hosts. Bring ear plugs traffic can be nousy.

Amazing vacation spot

We throughly enjoyed our time at this oceanfront property and will definitely try to come again. The hosts and owners were very welcoming and friendly, and the location was fantastic. We sat on the beach and watched seals playing in the water, and were treated to beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed biking and jogging on the Lighthouse Trail which is located nearby. There are a few restaurants/cafes and an ice cream shop in the near vicinity as well. It is a very peaceful spot which we would recommend to anyone!

The location is quite close to Qualicum Beach, beaches, tourist attractions and various trails. The beach is nice and small within a few steps of the smaller cabin. The first few days the tide was high and not able to beach walk however it did finally go out allowing for nice long beach walks. Would recommend for anyone wanting to get away from it all

A week by the sea

We loved our time here! It is such a magical little place and we made so many memories that we’ll always cherish. The cabin itself was spacious and suited our family of four perfectly. The green space outside of the cabin and, of course, the seashore just provided a wonderful setting for our two young children. Brian and Sarah (the caretakers further down the shore) were so helpful and kind. We were trying to escape Florida and it’s heat and could not have picked a better place! Thank you for sharing your special piece of paradise with us!

My getaway

I have a busy life, I came to the cabin to rejuvenate myself. This cabin was the answer to relax, get centered, and most of all recharge. My experience was excellent. The cabin was clean, close to the beach, quiet, relaxing. Sarah and Bryan were the perfect hosts. I would recommend this cabin and I do plan on going back. Thank you again for a perfect holiday.
