Directly across the road from the popular child friendly Fly Point beach and Nelson Bay foreshore is where you will find this gorgeous unit in a small complex of 3.
Three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main bedroom having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity plus the main bathroom has the convenience of having a bath for the little ones, shower, toilet and vanity.
The huge open plan kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/ freezer and complete cooking facilities. The living area has ceiling fans and opens out to the balcony with stunning views and beautiful sea breezes that flow through.
If cooking at home is what you're wanting, the unit offers a gas BBQ so you can sit back on the balcony, cook up a storm and watch the beautiful scenery.
There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, the property provides two undercover car spaces, so park the car and walk along the beautiful foreshore to Nelson Bays restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and the marina, wow how easy is that.
