Located on the second floor, this waterfront apartment captures refreshing sea breezes and offers uninterrupted, elevated views across the water to the iconic twin headlands of Tomaree and Yacaaba.
Inside, the open-plan living area is tastefully furnished in a modern style and includes a smart TV with access to streaming services, along with ceiling fans for added comfort. Step straight out onto the private balcony, where you can unwind with a book on the sun lounge, enjoy outdoor meals at the bar-height table, or fire up the gas BBQ — all while soaking in the spectacular scenery.
The main bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, and built-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom is ideal for children with two single beds, built-in storage, and a ceiling fan to keep things cool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an under-bench oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and a full-size fridge, making it easy to prepare meals throughout your stay.
The bathroom is clean and contemporary with floor-to-ceiling tiles, a bath, a separate shower, and a separate toilet. For added convenience, there’s also an internal laundry with a top-loading washing machine and dryer — perfect for longer stays or beach-filled days.
Secure off-street parking is available for one vehicle, although please note that the garage is not accessible to guests.
Just a five-minute walk from Soldiers Point Marina, you’ll find three excellent dining options close by. Bannisters Port Stephens and the Soldiers Point Bowling Club are also within easy reach, only fifteen minutes on foot. The Soldiers Point boat ramp is just 700 metres away, offering a great spot to launch a boat or catch one of the area’s spectacular sunsets.
If you're travelling with friends or extended family, we also manage Unit 6 in the same complex, making it easy to stay close while enjoying your own space.

The property is well equipped for 2 adults and o young children. There are spectacular views of the bay and you can watch the sunrise from the apartment and a quick walk across the road to Sunrise Beach and you can watch the sunrise - well worth it! The only downside - , there was no internet provided and the smart TV was very nice but I was not able to use it due to no TV reception or internet service.
Great property with everything you could need. Clean, tidy, tasteful. Wonderful location - quiet, beautiful walks nearby.
The only disadvantage was having to return the keys to Port Nelson real estate when we had a long drive home. An extra 30 minutes - it would have been great if we could have left the keys in the apartment for the cleaner to pick up.
The property itself was great, however, prior to arrival, I confirmed with the agency that a proper Covid clean was being carried out. We were advised YES, definitely a complete deep clean is being done. However, it was not.
There was hair all over the blankets, areas of the unit were completely missed in the cleaning, and it was definitely NOT cleaned properly.
The agency agreed.
We also enquired prior to arrival, about the parking and were advised by the agent that the garage was right by the unit, (which it was) however, we had no access to the garage which they did not advise us until we were there?!
There were 2 heaters in the property, one being like a hair dryer, the other was ok, the property was freezing on the first night. The agency agreed and supplied an additional normal sized heater, but only the next day.
The shower, and vanity taps were dripping (both needed servicing) the kitchen mixer was connected the wrong way, and the hot water whilst sufficient if there were 2 staying, was not sufficient for 4.
We had to supply toilet paper, soap, shampoo, rubbish baps, washing up detergent - none of this was provided.
The agency was located 15 mins drive from the property and we had to go to (and return to) the agency to get the keys as they did not provide a key lock box or keys at the property.
Further, they did not provide linen, which we had to rent additionally, which then did not fit the queen bed!
The adjacent property was under construction, we had construction noises from 7am each morning (Construction is fine, and not an issue), but the agency never advised us of this and we would have chosen a different property had we been made aware of this fact.
Our overall experience with the agency was very poor

Great location
Great location - beautiful view, lovely furniture etc. But no linen or toiletries, and needed to do some cleaning on arrival... outside deck very dirty, perhaps no-one has been there for a while... Also need to go to Nelson Bay to get keys.
