Gemstone-Stylish Cottage with infinity swimming pool and breathtaking sea views

Gemstone is a recently finished hillside cottage, situated in a secluded rural area though very close to some of the main touristic spots like the port of Korissia , the beach of Yaliskari and the marina of Vourkari. Built mainly with Kean rock and characterized by its olive-green colored windows, the cottage blends uniquely in the rocky topography of its prime and unspoiled setting, and enjoys breath-taking, panoramic views over the Aegean Sea.

White and earthy interior decoration with wooden surfaces and traditional architectural details make the interior of the house a comfortable mix of classic and modern, that offers guest an uplifting and calming living experience.

The house covers a total area of 120 s.m. in two levels and it is suitable for up to seven guests. The ground level consists of a bright elegant air-conditioned living room, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, and has direct access to the infinity pool area. The top level features a queen size bedroom, a second bedroom with a single bed with trundle (sliding bed) and a spacious bathroom. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and open up to balconies which offer magnificent sea and port views. A roll-out single bed or a baby cot can be added to both bedrooms on request. The third bedroom is a self-contained ensuite studio with private entrance at the rear of the house with a double bed, a bathroom and A/C.

Without doubt, the heart of the villa is its expansive terrace facing the sea, featuring a private infinity pool, a sunny lounge area with a large stone build sofa full of pillows, and a pergola shaded outdoor dining area and BBQ. The outdoor scenery of the villa is truly mesmerizing with plethora of indigenous plants, a couple of bougainvilleas and plenty of herbs surrounding it.
