Could not have been in a better location, and i think is the real winning point of the property. The water right at your door step! The house while older provides all the necessary attributes to make a accommodating holiday. Alot of open space for the kids to run around and enjoy their time away from the usual distractions. Facing the water there was always a fresh cool breeze blowing through the house. Was a wonderful stay and will definitely consider stafford hall on our next visit.

Burrum Heads.

Property leans heavily on location / views. Interior is very dated & damaged in areas. Privacy is low. Location is a meeting place for morning & evening walkers & local social group, resulting in vehicle & people noise every day. No sleeping in. Apart from that I still enjoyed my stay.

Excellant waterfront location and views

This property is a little dated but has all the conveniences of home and more and a truely magnificent view. Local amenities all in walking distance; supermarket, tackle & bait, hairdresser , butcher, bakery, fish & chip, tavern/bottleo and Bowls club. Great fishing only its a shame you can't hire a dingy. If you've got one or better take it with you! The house is internally large with enough beds and space for 2 families. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. We stayed for 9 nights and are already thinking when we can return. Pack the Bushmans/ aerogard for sandflies. There is a wonderful walking track along the esplanade and the local are very friendly and helpful.

This property was a 1 star property and extremely overpriced!!

The location on the water was good, but, the property was old and shabby, and to list it as a 4star property Is misleading!!! We paid for 3 nights , stayed just for sleeping 1 night and left at 7.30 the next morning to stay in a genuine 4 star apartment which was cheaper than this dreadful property. The listing of the property needs to be revised

Classic Beach Shack

Spent 2 nights with family, including Elderly parents. The House was old, but very clean and comfortable. The position is excellent, and it catered very well for our elderly parents. Close to shops, absolute water front property in front of boat ramp and a stones throw from the water and a lovely walking pathway along the river front. Highly recommend it for a short stay, even if you are not a fishing person.The staff at the Elders Real Estate were very helpful and friendly. Value for money for a family or group of friends.Highly recommend Burrum Heads for the quiet relaxing and friendly break.

Perfect location !!

We stayed for the weekend at Stafford hall and it was clean had everything we needed and being right on the water and boat ramp was perfect !! The views of the water can't be beaten ! We had a wonderful time and Stafford hall is a great place to stay !!
