Fabulous Broadwater Beach Villa at Broadwater Beach Geographe Bay

The Villa is a single level spacious villa located in the secure Broadwater Beach Executive Villa complex section adjacent to the Broadwater Beach Resort. Facilities include heated pool/spa and tennis court within complex, close walk to beach and playgrounds, nearby bar and restaurant, and an adjacent shopping centre and food hall.

The Villa has 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large master bedroom overlooking the garden has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and there are twin long single beds in the third bedroom that can be converted into a king bed. There are also 2 foldaway beds should the group extend to 8 people (note not suitable for 8 adults, foldaways are for children only). The foldaway beds can either be put in the master bedroom or the living area. A portacot is available in the villa (no cot linen provided). Bed linen, doonas with covers, pillows, bath towels supplied. Beach towels are NOT provided. The bathrooms are modern and fresh with a full shower bath in the main bathroom.

The villa has a fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you cool on summer and cosy in the winter months. There are very comfortable lounges and 6 seater dining. The lounge area opens into an outdoor pergola area and a back garden with lawn perfect for family BBQs. The outdoor pergola area can be used all year round as it can be enclosed with weatherproof blinds and there is lovely outdoor dining setting and furniture.

For entertainment there is a large smart TV, DVD player and stereo in the living area and also a smart TV in the master bedroom. Free Wifi internet is available in the villa.

There is a covered carport directly outside the front door for convenient access that accommodates 2 cars only.

The Villa is privately owned and is furnished for the comfort and enjoyment of couples and families.

Please note the villa is NOT considered suitable for groups where the majority of people are under 25, such as for leavers or university groups, so please do not apply if this is the intended purpose.

Location

The Broadwater Beach Executive Villas are located on Geographe Bay between Busselton and Dunsborough. It is a short drive to many of the south west attractions of Busselton and the vineyard region.
