Eagle Bay Beach House

Enjoy our open spacious luxury townhouse in fabulous location - opposite Eagle Bay Beach.

Upstairs is main bedroom with King size bed & ensuite, spacious open plan living area and kitchen and large balcony with BBQ & outdoor lounge and dining.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen Size Bed and the other 2 Singles. There is also a second living area downstairs with a quality Queen Bed, Couch, TV and outside courtyard. The laundry and a second bathroom are also located downstairs.

The property is modern and equipped with a full kitchen of quality appliances including a Nespresso Coffee Machine and an extensive range of Pots & pans and crockery, cutlery and glassware. You will feel like you are at home in this fantastic kitchen.

There is a fully closed garage and the property is in a secure small complex.

The apartment is 8 minutes drive to the heart of Dunsborough with great shopping and everything you will need whilst being set in a quiet and peaceful location. Fantastic beaches with all levels of surf are within a short distance as are wineries, breweries, art galleries and the many other attractions the Margaret River Wine Region has to offer.

The owners are only a phone call away and will be happy to assist in any way.

The unit was amazing in terms of space & room for the 6 of us. The beds were very comfortable, Location was only 10-15 minutes drive from some of the best restaurants & wineries in the region. Add the beautiful picturesque Eagle Bay beach a 2 minute stroll across the road with its crystal clear water & amazing beach walks.We will be back soon I hope.

Really lovely holiday stay

Great well designed holiday property, it was good for our family with teenage kids as there were separate spaces available. It had everything we needed and I really appreciated the comfortable bed. A close walk to what must be one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. A lovely stay.
