Idyllic Ingram - Anglesea

Located close to the Anglesea River and a short walk to the beach and shops, this fully renovated four-bedroom beach house offers plenty of comfort and great holiday features.

Split system air conditioner in main living for good climate control. Pool table in the rumpus room. Fantastic outdoor under cover living areas with setting and BBQ for entertaining. The kitchen is modern and spacious for whipping up dinner treats, the open fire where you can lounge around and maybe even brown some marshmallows while enjoying an evening wine.

The property is close to walking tracks, the Anglesea Golf Course with its famous kangaroos, hinterland with an abundance of wildlife and flowers, bike tracks for young and old and of course who can forget the beach where you can swim, snorkel, surf or just laze in the shallows.

Beautiful home

It's a really good home for a big family or small group of people. We really enjoyed our stay in a very quiet neighbourhood.

August Holiday

The house was nice and spacious for 8 adults. The kitchen lacked supplies so definitely bring your own. The cleanliness was good but not excellent. The fire was cosy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking the house again. Thank you!

Host interaction was very difficult, I believe their customer service is offshore, so they can not actually answer your questions at all. The may as well not have customer service as they were not helpful one bit. I found out linen was not provided 2 days prior to the stay, when I called them to find out exactly what linens I needed to provide myself (bedsheets and towels, or duvet covers as well?), she just continued to repeat that no linen was provided but could not be specific about what I needed to bring. She then gave me a random mobile phone number for the cleaner and suggested I can organise my own linen hire if I wish- what is the point in having a host if they don’t organise these things on your behalf? They were completely uselessThe house itself was filthy, hadn’t been vacuumed, hair in the shower, and dead ants everywhere including on the beds. The house was run down, taps falling off the wall, gaps in doorways allowing bugs etc to come inside.

Location is good. Short walk to the beach and shops. Lovely long kitchen table to sit round and chat. Beautiful open fire, but the bedrooms are very cold. Could do with either small heaters or electric blankets. The bathroom definitely needs some kind of heater. It was a typically very cold Melbourne weekend.

Fantastic Home and Great Surroundings

Absolutely loved this property, was a great escape from the city. Plenty of beautiful walking tracks nearby to choose from. Would recommend to anyone thinking of booking.

Spacious great house with good entertainment pool table - backyard and bbq is a bit left out and need attention , master bedroom door doesn’t shut and house has no shovel and brush which made it a bit hard But other than that , nice place

This place was close to everything.... shops, restaurants, pub, beach, paddle boats and trampolines for the kids. Great sized house for 5 adults and 2 kids. Open fire was awesome as was the front decking. Overall a comfortable little getaway.
