Host did not check the readiness of hot water service, which was broken. We had no hot water on arrival and next day.Information on QR code information on property services was incorrect.After hours communication with Stayz company poor. Had to wait many hours for a response.

We understand how frustrating it would have been to arrive at the property without hot water, particularly when this was not identified prior to your arrival. Once we were made aware of the issue, we contacted the plumbers to attend to the property. We are sorry that they arrived an hour later than expected and appreciate your patience while this was being resolved. We also apologise for the incorrect information provided on the QR code. We will have the property owners update this information accordingly to ensure it is accurate for future guests. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback helps us identify where we can improve the experience for our future guests.

Basic Comfortable Beach shack

The surf beach is over 700m - five minutes by car. The beds are comfortable . The main open plan is airy and light filled ( however the photos do not match the furniture) bit dated. Unfortunately the weather was terrible and spending it indoors was not what we envisaged. Bit over priced for 3/4 persons.

Perfect location for a family catchup

Myrtle Cottage is perfect for a family holiday where no-one wants to get back in the car. Three generations walked to the lighthouse,the beach, the bakery, the gallery, and the pub and chilled out on the ample couches and the peaceful deck. Looking forward to coming back soon.
