Stay and enjoy this beautifully presented property which ticks all the boxes. Positioned in a quiet pocket of Apollo Bay and just a short 7 minute stroll to the Apollo bay beach, you will delight in this bright, light filled, spacious home.

Upon entry, via the foyer, a featured staircase leads you up to the impressive open plan living area where breathtaking, beautiful ocean views await you and can be appreciated from every window irrespective of whether you are in the lounge, kitchen or dining area, which also features beautifully polished floor boards. Leading on from the open plan living area you can walk out onto the 1st level spacious L-shaped decking which is perfect for all your family & friends, where you can simply soak up the sun, enjoy a BBQ with a glass of wine whilst enjoying the extensive ocean views right across the entire bay to the harbour.

Proceeding down the hallway, you will find the main large modern bathroom, separate laundry (all necessities supplied), four bedrooms (main with walk in robe, wall mounted LCD and large modern ensuite) all of which offer a quiet nights sleep after a busy day at the beach, out shopping in one of the many retail shops or simply enjoying one of the many cafes or restaurants on offer in beautiful Apollo Bay.

Want more, how about,free WI-Fi, Netflix and Stan where all your family/friends can catch up on all the news or simply sit back and enjoy a movie while you chill out after a busy day in Apollo Bay. There is more, Google Home Minis in main bedrooms (all those with doubles) allowing guests to ask for weather updates, play music from Spotify and control Netflix & Stan. The Master Bedroom has a Chrome Cast (allowing streaming of Netflix, Stan, YouTube, etc) all for your enjoyment.

The property was filthy. Mouldy fruit pips behind the bed. Stained mattress protector still wet from previous renter. Poorly maintained property. Microwave broken, dishes unwashed but put away.

Wonderful short stay

The property had the most stunning views of the ocean from the balcony and living room. Close proximity to shops, beach and restaurants. Ample space for 2 families to laze around.

The location of this property is perfect to walk into town and has all the basic necessities. Beautiful views and lots of room to fit two families.

The house was good overall.

The house was closed, as a result the smell was really strong and it trigerred asthma on me. Some of the windows should né slightly open so it doesn't get that lingering smell. There are not enough sliding doors facing the balcony and it becomes stuffy inside the lounge. The 4th bedroom where the trundle beds are, is misleading as it's not private. The door faces the other bedroom as it has been removed. Also, it would be great to have chux and washing up liquid, amenities which would make a big difference. Under the couches, it was pretty dirty as it hasn't been swept. We had to do it. Also the tiles inside the shower deserve a good scrub as they are yellow. Other than that, the experience was pleasant.

Incredible Location!

Very happy with the house, plenty of living room space and an incredible view from the balcony. Only nitpick I can think of is that the doorframe to the kids bedroom was unusually low, so any adults walking through it are prone to bumping their head. Apart from that, this is perfect if you're looking for a place that fits a large number of guests!
