If you know Lorne, you will know that geographically some homes make holidaying far easier than others. Level entry off Dorman Street makes for easy access to the upper level of the home. Open plan living is flanked by two main bedrooms, bathroom and powder room. Amongst a long list of amenities it is fair to say the views are unbelievable. Pick a spot across any part of the top floor and be hit by classic unimpeded ocean views. From the Lorne Pier to Airyes Lighthouse, it cannot be overstated. The glass balustrade on the full width balcony combines with floor to ceiling windows ensuring you capture every last snippet of southern ocean. Polished wood floors, super comfy lounge area, breakfast bar and formal dining zone all deserve honourable mentions.
Venturing downstairs you will find a third bedroom, main bathroom, full laundry and second living area. There is easy access to the beach from this level via the side door. Other features include off street parking, gas Bbq and Nespresso coffee machine.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
