Comfortable home with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the ocean views

This beautiful, four bedroom, two bathroom family home is the perfect place to relax in summer or winter in Lovely Lorne. The house is elevated enough to enjoy ocean views, but without the steep walk that often comes with those views. Wildlife abounds with kookaburras, parrots, cockatoos and many other birds visiting regularly and the odd koala and kangaroo stopping in from time to time.

Our home caters for up to 12 guests in a king bed, queen bed and queen/king single tri-bunk plus trundle upstairs and a queen bed and double bed in 'the Den' which is downstairs with its own massive lounge, tv and bar fridge (accessible from outside the house - no toilet downstairs).

The large open plan living space upstairs has something for everyone - relax in the reading/ TV nook overlooking the forest, sink into the comfy couch in front of the wood fire or simply take in the ocean views from the sun room (you can see the iconic Lorne Pier and Pacific Hotel lit up at night!). The children can stretch out on the carpet and play games at the table in the sun room, and there is even a desk and computer screen for those that need to work or study - there's loads of room!


The kitchen has been stocked with everything you need to cook up a culinary storm and the long dining table seats 10 -12, so entertaining is a breeze. Outside, take your pick from the gardens overlooking the forest at the front of the property, the afternoon sun on the back lawn, or the ocean views and BBQ on the deck.


Apologies to our school leavers, by request from our neighbours and after much heart ache, we no longer accept schoolies bookings or any party groups.
