Simple 900sq/ft home to meet your needs. After the fires in Redding and the housing shortage, we decided to rehab this manufactured home to offer more options for people to live with a focus on offering a great value. So we fixed this baby up and made it a great little place for guests to stay. Country setting, yet only 4 minutes to town with shopping, Trader Joes, Starbucks, dining, coffee shops, Bethel Church, perfect stop enroute to Lassen, Burney Falls, Lake Shasta, and more. For vacation, traveling nurses, conferences, business travel or families, this is a great place for your time in Redding! This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living room and kitchen for cooking simple meals. There are a few little quirks in the place, but we wanted to keep things simple and affordable for our guests. The master bathroom & shower are fairly small so it may be cramped for guests over 6'2' or 220 lbs.

There is Wi-Fi and a TV with DVD player & lots of movies, but no cable at this time.

Originally from Washington, we love traveling the Pacific Northwest. Now our family is enjoying the beauty of Northern California with its great weather and abundant outdoor kid friendly activities. We enjoy a meal with good friends, or great coffee and catching up. San Diego is our go to vacation spot, but we recently took a trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands and are looking for to New Zealand sometime soon!

We live on the property where this house is location with our 4 kids. We moved here to enjoy the 6 acres and county setting, yet love being only a few minutes to town.
