About this property

Clean, Updated, Budget Friendly & a little Quirky

Simple 900sq/ft home to meet your needs. After the fires in Redding and the housing shortage, we decided to rehab this manufactured home to offer more options for people to live with a focus on offering a great value. So we fixed this baby up and made it a great little place for guests to stay. Country setting, yet only 4 minutes to town with shopping, Trader Joes, Starbucks, dining, coffee shops, Bethel Church, perfect stop enroute to Lassen, Burney Falls, Lake Shasta, and more. For vacation, traveling nurses, conferences, business travel or families, this is a great place for your time in Redding! This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living room and kitchen for cooking simple meals. There are a few little quirks in the place, but we wanted to keep things simple and affordable for our guests. The master bathroom & shower are fairly small so it may be cramped for guests over 6'2' or 220 lbs.

Beds, Linens, Towels, Soap & Shampoo, Cooking utensils, etc. All ready for your stay.

There is Wi-Fi and a TV with DVD player & lots of movies, but no cable at this time.

Bright, clean place. Welcoming responsive host

Just outside the city it’s easy to find and about 10” from anywhere. Lots of comfy sleeping options. Cute kitchen. I was in Redding to visit my mom in her assisted living facility. We had her over for a family Gramma Pajama Party. Our host brought over extra chairs for us ladies. My sister, her 2 daughters and my great-niece shared an evening of fun and games. I would stay here again

Peaceful and homey

We enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. Loved waking up to the sound of frogs singing and rain on the roof. Very peaceful. The host was friendly and offered help if we needed anything. Close to everything but still in the country. Will visit again if in the area and available

We enjoy a meal with good friends, or great coffee and catching up. San Diego is our go to vacation spot, but we recently took a trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands and are looking for to New Zealand sometime soon!
