Cozy Beach Cottage on Rear of Property. Just 4 BLOCKS from the beach!
Welcome to the beach! A cozy one bedroom cottage just FOUR BLOCKS from the beach! REAR cottage on a two unit property, includes one off street parking spot. Access to the front yard with a small private space behind the house. Perfect for a couple or small family!
We look forward to having you stay with us.
Absolutely NO SMOKING in house and sorry no pets.
The space has a full kitchen, one bedroom with a Queen size bed and a sleeper sofa in the main area. One bathroom with access through the bedroom, refrigerator, stove, microwave, all necessary cookware, and a Keurig. AC wall and window units for warmer weather. Comfy spot for relaxing!
We have a washer and dryer in the garage for your use as well as an assortment of surfboards and beach toys for use while you're here. Just let us know what your needs are!
We also supply 2 beach badges for adults during your stay (kids are free!)
