E301 - Updated and beautifully decorated, this two bedroom unit features breathtaking views of the Gulf and Eden's magnificent pool from the private balcony. The balcony can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room. There is convenient elevator access, and an unobstructed view of the bay to the north. The living room is equipped with a SMART flat screen television and a sofa sleeper for those extra guests. Kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinets, and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The wet bar features granite countertop and an ice maker. The master bedroom has a Tempur-pedic king size bed, SMART flat screen television, private bathroom, and is equipped with separate black out drapes so you can sleep in. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a tuft and needle mattress, and SMART flat screen television. The property is beautifully maintained and has many extras including full sized washer and dryer, Cox Cable and free Wifi. This unit only accepts short term rentals.

GREAT WEEK AT EDEN

We had a wonderful time at EDEN. It is perfectly located with so much to do. The condo was so clean and smelled wonderful when we walked in. The best view on the beach.

Eden on Earth

Once again we had the opportunity to stay at Eden. The first trip, we stayed on the west side and this time we stayed on the east side. Both locations were magical and we loved that it was laid back, quiet and the pool was huge and the beach had plenty of open spots. Mr. Bill with Security was great to meet and tells some wonderful stories. Eden is out go to when visiting Perdido Key and our Heaven on Earth!!!

As usual, the Eden was impressive and accommodating to our family vacation. I suggest a high top table and chairs for 301E as you cannot see the beach or pool in the lower chairs. No complaints, just a suggestion! We will be back!
