E204: This townhouse styled unit is on the second floor of Eden and provides added living space and ample breathing room. This unit has been completely renovated with granite counter tops, new appliances, and many more extras. The master bedroom has a private Gulf front balcony with a separate walk in shower and a whirlpool tub. The first guest bedroom has been renovated to accommodate a king size bed perfect for an adult couple that features an in suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom is on the lower level and has a queen sized bed. The living room and all bedrooms have flat screen TV. Full sized washer and dryer in unit, Cox Cable and free WiFi. Requires 7 nights from Saturday - Saturday during the Summer.
