Safety Beach Seascape

This well presented family beach house is conveniently located in a quiet area within walking distance of the beautiful blue waters of Safety Beach and close to the Red Hill wine region.

A fully self-contained 3 bedroom house with all the modern conveniences to make your stay a memorable one, including:

3 large bedrooms, recently renovated ensuite and guest bathroom with bath, 2 separate living areas with TVs, desk, heating & air-con, laundry with washing machine, outdoor undercover alfresco area with BBQ, fully fenced garden with large two story playground, 2 car garage, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Stan, Nespresso Machine, one adult and one child kayak with transporting wheels...and more.

Linen supplied if property is booked 3 days prior to check in. Please advise number of guests and beds to be made up when booking.

The property will comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

Master Bedroom: 1 queen bed with WIR and ensuite

Guest Bedroom: 1 queen bed with BIR.

Kids Bedroom: Triple Bunk Bed (single over double), with single trundle.

Note: A porta cot and high chair are available.

Located towards the marina end of Safety Beach, the house is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, boat ramp, Provincia food store and local pizza shop. This is truly a home away from home with all the modern luxuries.

Unfortunately no pets, parties or functions are permitted, including schoolies events.

Great beach house getaway

This property is fabulous, particularly for those with young children. The play equipment and large backyard was a hit with our grandson. A spacious house, comfortable beds and a decor created with young children in mind. The toys, games and books provided were also welcome. The house is also well equipped and the extra living area is good for a little quiet time. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the Provincia store where you can pick up a few essentials. It’s a quiet area. The location is also handy, by car, to many attractions on the Mornington Peninsula. The host, Bianca, was also very helpful with a couple of queries before our stay. We hope to make a return visit.

Fabulous holiday home for a family getaway

This was the first time we decided to go away for Christmas and we are so glad we booked this safety beach property with just a 5 min walk to the beach. Awesome big backyard with a cool play ground for our son to play in also very large entertainment and lounge areas with 2 tvs great air conditioning ,very clean beautiful renovated bathrooms and amazing comfortable beds . We will definitely will rebook this stay thanks heaps to Bianca for sharing your property.

Our family had a very comfortable stay. It was exactly as it appeared on the listing with no surprises. A very clean place, in a quiet street, and an easy walk to the beach. Spacious, comfortable furnishings and bedding with well equipped kitchen. Great coffee machine too. Nice secure grass area out back and kids made good use of play equipment. Good functional bbq and covered outdoor eating area. Owners were very proactive with their communication and super responsive to a circumstance that was out of their control (a minor maintenance issue) which was resolved within a few hours of us reporting it.

Good central location, not too far from everything in the Mornington Peninsula. House is clean and spacious, with 3 decent bedrooms. Plenty of room for the kids, with a 2nd lounge room and outdoor playground in the back yard. Would stay again.
