Why they chose this property

We lived in this home for years and now privately manage the vacation rental. We handle much of the turn around between guests ourselves. We do the kinds of things an owner does, not a management company or an hourly employee. For example, when the previous guest cooked a lot, we make sure to wash the walls, cabinets and ceiling in the kitchen area.
