Townhouse located 300 meters from the beach Martim de Sá, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, service area and furnished. Comfortably sleeps eight people. The property has a pool, kiosk with barbecue, garage for a medium vehicle and gardens.
We are within a small condominium consisting of six units. We have homemade on site.

Carnaval

Casa igual da foto pisciana top, próximo de tudo dá pra ir a pé a praia. A única coisa que não gostei foi o colchão e travesseiro duro desconfortável e a resistência do chuveiro que estava queimada mais deu pra passar por conta do calor.

A casa é boa , limpa, tem utensílios básico,a piscina e a churrasqueira tbm torna o lugar bem bacana, os pontos negativos são para a praia Martin de Sá não gostei, tivemos que procurar outras praias, os comércios achei longe, não tem supermercado e nem padaria perto, tem que ir de carro

O lugar e localização , execelentes! A observação que deixo é sobre a necessidade de alguns móveis e utensílios (ter um armário na cozinha, pois o mesmo está deteriorado, ter umas prateleiras nos quartos e banheiro). Mas o restante tudo ok. A Suzana, quem nos recebeu, deu toda atenção necessária, sendo mt simpática.

A casa é muito boa. Localização excelente única coisa chata foi que no ponto estacionamento do condomínio não tem câmeras. Meu carro foi riscado a lateral toda dentro do condomínio. Mas infelizmente sem câmera não conseguimos saber quem fez os riscos.
