This New York loft-inspired two-storey home is perfectly located on the esplanade at Encounter Bay. It has spectacular ocean views of Granite Island and Seal Island from both decks and living areas (upstairs and down). With its tilt-up concrete walls, stainless steel bench tops, pressed tin stairs, commercial aluminium sliding doors and windows, this property oozes industrial cool.

The upstairs is breathtaking with open-plan living, dining and kitchen flowing to the undercover balcony with stunning water views. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine and designer appliances. Also upstairs is the delightful main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs there are two more bedrooms, a large bathroom (with bath, shower and laundry facilities) and another living area with spectacular ocean views.

The bedding configuration is:

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

Some additional features include high ceilings and doors, new ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and NBN WiFi with Netflix.

In addition to the ducted RC AC, each bedroom is fitted with ceiling fans and bedrooms 1 and 2 with wall-to-wall built-in robes.

This property is completely pet friendly. Your well-behaved pets are very welcome inside. There is a fully enclosed rear yard with 1.8M zincalume fencing and a lovely grassed area.

Please note – the combustion stove and garage are not available for guest use. Parking is available at the front of the property or on the side street (Wood Street).

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $16 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $32 for 1 night.

Perfect weekend getaway
We loved our family weekend stay with our dog. Great kitchen for cooking, perfect balcony for a long breakfast and great location for a beach walk. The only thing I would say is - it wasn't long enough! We will be back again

Perfect family getaway!
The property was absolutely amazing! We all felt pretty spoilt in this stylish apartment, and so lucky to be able to have our dogs with us too. We didn't want for anything... except to stay longer! Thank you so much :-)

Great Stay
The house is exactly how it looks like on the pictures, the view is fantastic and it is a nice place for pets too. My only advice is for however really needs an appliance to check with the property management if they really have it. I need a blender at least once, sometimes twice a day, and the reason why I didn’t take mine was because on the guide book that was emailed to me, session facilities and features, it states clearly that there was a blender. The management was quick to answer that property didn’t have one, but none was offered to me instead. That affected my diet completely during my whole stay. I noticed a bottle opener was not available either, despite one of the drawers having a label “bottle opener”. I didn’t bother asking for a new one. Overall the house is really good and I won’t change the deserved 5 stars rating, I just suggest being more accurate to the appliances there are in the house.

Excellent location and accomodation
The Comfortable, well- equipped accomodation with beach front views and a dog door and generous back yard ensured our whole family could relax at ‘home’. Access to the main living areas upstairs and lack of off-street parking were concerns but despite mobility issues we negotiated the stairs well and were able to park in the street in full view of our living area. Easy walks to the beach across the road and to shops for food and supplies offered pleasure and convenience. Victor Harbour and nearby areas provided many and varied activities for all ages and abilities and friendly, helpful communication with the manager ensured a warm welcome and reassurance of assistance if needed. Thank you for our very happy holiday. We readily recommend your pet-let to others and would happily return.
