Spacious Family Getaway Indoor/Outdoor living close to beach, shops & wineries

Our home is perfect if you are looking for a beach getaway or a relaxing Winter weekend by the fire or heading to the Peninsula for a Wedding at one of the amazing venues. Approx 15 min walk to the beach or a 3 min drive.
We have hosted Brides, Grooms, full wedding party guests, Mothers & Fathers of the bride or groom, family groups & friends. Work place conferences etc.
Great place to relax with Families, friends, co workers all welcome.
Our house is cosy & new with natural light, a deck for sunbaking/ relaxing, alfresco area with wood fireplace large 10 seater table & gas bbq. Deckchairs & lounges for relaxing.
Remote control blinds allow for alfresco use all year round

Inside we have two lounge areas both with T.V s. DVD’s & couches. Split level (only 3 steps) to the family area which has the most comfy couch & will fit the entire family.
This has Chromecast connected to the TV which allows you to connect to your own apps on you devices & watch through the TV.

Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher & large oven
Full size Fridge with ice & water dispenser
Fry pans, pots, all cooking utensils supplied

Split system Ducted Heating & refrigerated ducted cooling throughout also a gas fireplace in main living area for those cozy Winter nights.
Pedestal fans in bedrooms if you don't want the cooling on at night & a ceiling fan in main bedroom.
Sliding doors open onto large alfresco area with bbq, sink & large 10 seater table & chairs
Sun deck with sun lounges & a hammock for relaxing in Summer & cozy lounge area where you can sit around our wood fireplace great for those Winter nights.

What a beautiful home, we went for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect. There has been great communication with the hosts and the home had everything you could think of! Perfect Peninsula Wedding Accommodation for us

Perfect Wedding accommodation for family of the Groom. It was an easy drive to Dromana Estate Winery. The local IGA was a quick backstreet trip for groceries & papers and there was a convenient back way to Jetty Road Brewery for our post Wedding gathering the following day. Perfect really! Absolutely beautiful big home for family get together

Looks small from the outside entrance, but huge area when you enter. Plenty of room for 11 of us. Everything you could want for, nothing missed. Made it so easy to cater for all. Beds super comfy, great covered out door bbq area. So secure, and a beautiful light filled home. Will be back. Diana the host was very helpful with any questions and replied on messages promptly.

The property was hands down the most well equipped short stay I have ever had the pleasure to hire! Kitchen equipment was fully stocked including appliances. The rooms are all extremely spacious and there are huge communal areas. The private bathroom in the master was a blessing (and had a great shower). It's a short drive (only a few minutes) from the beach and shops so it's a bit suburban if you want to be beachfront, but we were staying there for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect for that. Loved it!

Wedding Weekend

We needed somewhere to stay in Dromana to attend our sons wedding. This place was perfect. Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Nice and large it felt like a home you could simply relax in. The owners have catered for all your needs and there was coffee and condiments and all the general things you need in the kitchen. We didn’t really want for anything, just bought our food and drinks and everything else was there. The rooms were a good size and excellent living spaces with a really large outdoor area. It had 3 TVs with 2 seperate living areas. It is a quick drive to the shops and beach. We would love to stay here again some time. Mike and family.

Loved our stay here! The instructions and information provided online are clear and detailed. Diane is also super attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The house is super spacious, the two living discreet are great, bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size and the outdoor entertaining area is incredible! Amenities are also fantastic - towels, linen, coffee machine, tea etc. It’s an easy 10-15 min walk down to the beach and main straight. Would highly recommend for a group of friends / family.

Getaway

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic property. As soon as we entered the house we felt at home. The booking was made up of 4 different families 9ppl in total. The house was spacious enough for us all to enjoy our own time away from each other as well as the adults from the teens. We would highly recommend Dianne as a host she never once got annoyed with the many messages we sent changing our booking dates (with covid, dance timetable) Thanks Dianne we hope to stay here again next year

Our aim is to provide a home away from home, somewhere to relax, a place where many day to day enjoyments are supplied. A place you can call home while you are there. Big enough for you to enjoy your own space but also a place you can come together as a group/family

Our home has been designed & built with comfort & relaxation in mind. Natural light features in our main living area with large high ceilings & windows. We have spaces where you can be alone or have amazing family time together. Family & comfort are our main goals with little getaway spaces for some down time.

Our outdoor living area is ideal for sunny days on the deck or relax under our alfresco area on rainy days by the outdoor wood fireplace. Remote control blinds allow for indoor outdoor fun all year round. Enjoy cooking on our gas BBQ & eating outside at our large 10 seater table
Lie on our sun lounges or hammock or relax in our egg chair & read a book, plenty of space for everyone.
