THE GROVE FAMILY RETREAT<br>Central with Water Views & Cozy Fireplace

Centrally located in a quiet location in old ocean grove, only a few hundred meters to the town center shops, parks and a 10 minutes stroll to Ocean Grove beach and Barwon River.

This recently renovated 3 bedroom house, is elevated with water views, you instantly know you have reached your retreat from the moment you step into the open living areas.

NO Linen/Towels, provided at extra cost.

WIFI access provided.
Toys, books and games provided.
Portacot available for infants.

THE SPACE
Upstairs is an open plan living with a contemporary kitchen and 2 dining areas, with large opening to outdoor terrace with BBQ and panoramic views.

The kitchen has stone benchtops and a large breakfast bar, with quality appliances including microwave and dishwasher.

Air-conditioning and fans to the Living and Master bedroom on the first floor.

GUEST ACCESS
There are 3 large bedrooms all with robes, 2 bathrooms with separate toilets, laundry with dryer and double carport. Pillows, doona covers are provided, linen/towels only on request.

There is two large enclosed private garden which can be viewed from the living areas, suited to families with children.

We are available by phone to address any of your queries, otherwise we will leave you be. It s your holiday, so use the home as if it s your own, relax and enjoy yourselves.

Comforatable home in a great location

We had a wonderful time at this house. It is so close to the village and a short (slight incline back up) walk to the beach (we timed it about 11 mins, easy walk). Comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, good large sofa, plenty of table space, large bedrooms. The photos depict exactly what it is like. Aircon worked well as it was hot! We had a marvellous family time and will certainly be back.

Great view and location

We had a downstairs stay. The house is in a great spot, only a short walk to shops and close to beach. We loved having the view of ocean from upstairs, and the downstairs bedrooms were bright and looked out on the garden. Hosts were responsive when needed. Some more/ newer garden furniture would have been appreciated, to enable better use of the outside areas.

This older house was walking distance to the shops, has a view of the ocean from the balcony and was a pleasant place to stay. It has a nice modern kitchen and was clean and tidy.

Very comfortable house, perfect for families with a large living area for eating / TV / games. Convenient for Ocean Grove shops. Owners thoughtfully provided a lot of items and supplies in kitchen, laundry, games and DVDs etc.

Great holiday house!

Nicely presented (and very clean) property in a good central location. An older property which has been restored and given a brand new kitchen. House has plenty of room and is on quite a large block. It had everything we needed. Would not hesitate in staying at this property again.

Great house and so close to everything, walking distance. Amazing views. The beds we used were very comfy. Unfortunately the kids couldn't use the bunk beds as my son's exact words were, "I'm getting sea sick on this bed". It was very unstable and noisy. I removed quite a few cobwebs from above beds when I got there. Lot's of space for big families to eat.
