This house was perfect for our family exploring DC for spring break! Great location, clean, owner communicated all information needed (and then extras about what all was nearby to enjoy) - would love to stay here again if we come back to the area!

The location is perfect, the hosts very nice and responsive, the WiFi is excellent, it’s on a beautiful street close to the subway and the beds are comfortable with the softest sheets I’ve ever felt. I would stay here again.

Everything about this home was a very positive experience. It was very clean with plenty of room. The restrooms were in good condition with plenty of room and the beds and living spaces were comfortable. This is a great neighborhood to stay when visiting with families. It is just far away enough from the noise and crowds but right next to a metro station with quick access to all tourist sites. In the immediate area is a drug store, Trader Joe’s, and other restaurants and shopping. I look forward to be next D.C. visit and staying here again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location or home. This 130 year-old house in Capitol Hill was full of charm and character, just about a 2-3 minute walk to/from the Metro, making it close to everything. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking permit was also greatly appreciated. We loved the historic touches and would absolutely stay here again!

Long weekend in DC

The property is beautiful. It’s in a great location for walking to restaurants and sights seeing. We were also in town for a football game and this is a great location to have maybe a 30 min ride to the football game, 30 min to airport and great walkable neighborhood! Would absolutely stay here again.
