You’ll fall in love with this incredible 4 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms home on a very nice neighborhood in Marco Island! Just 3 blocks from TigerTail Beach entrance and minutes to restaurants and shops. The space is very modern and airy, with high ceilings and upscale furniture. Heated pool, private dock, gas BBQ Grill and all the amenities you need to live a VIP island experience!

The Space:
The master bedroom has a comfy King size bed. Guests can access the pool from this bedroom and have a spa-inspired bathroom all to themselves. The junior suite has a queen bed and a huge shower. The other 2 bedrooms (one with a king size bed and the other with two double beds) share a bathroom. This main living room has a massive flat screen TV. The kitchen has been recently upgraded with everything guests need to feed their hungry families!
The private patio area is complete with plenty of sun loungers, an outdoor dining space and private access to the poolside bathroom. The spa spills over into the private heated pool and the whole area overlooks the private boat docks and canal. There is a BBQ on the pool deck as well.
This gorgeous vacation home is the definition of luxury waterfront living. Located walking distance to the beach and packed with amenities for ultimate comfort and convenience (bicycles, beach chairs, beach wagon cart, paddleboards and kayaks). This stunning home is the perfect addition to a VIP style island vacation.

This was a great house and we loved the location on the canal system and so close to the ocean. We used the kayaks and caught plenty of fish right off the dock. Everything was in good working order. I had a few early questions to the owner and they were very responsive. Would recommend and use again.

Great value. Walkable to Tigertail beach and we enjoyed the pool and the view of the water. The pool was nicely heated. The house is roomy with plenty of places to sit both in the sun and in shade. There are bikes and bike helmets, which is unusual but so nice. We used the kayak once the manager told us that we could use the boat lift. We would stay again. A few things to know: the spa is really a soaking tub with no massage jets. It was nice to sit in but don’t expect strong jets. I would have liked more instructions but the manager is responsive to questions. The beds were softer than our preference but we all slept pretty well. The grill is pretty old and needs a hand igniter which is in the drawer inside. We found it easier to cook inside. I think the price reflected the fact that the grill was older and the spa didn’t have jets.

We were disappointed that the spa would not heat up and that the ad did not specify that the beach that was closest to the house was not really accessible.

The description of the property was completely embellished to the point of being deceptive. "3 blocks to Tigertail Beach" really meant 3 blocks to the parking lot, from there another 1 mile walk was required. I am not sure what a "VIP Island Experience" is, but do not think that a poorly maintained house fits the bill - it may have been "VIP" in 2008 but certainly has not been updated since then, nor has it been maintained properly. There was no comfortable seating in the TV area and the utensils (forks, knives, spoons) were not adequate to support the stated "sleeps 10" description. The "hot tub" which is connected to the heated pool was operative for about 40 minutes until the water level dropped to a level below an adult's knees as the hot tub water was diverted into the pool (an obvious issue with the pool/hot tub valving that the host would not recognize). The games shown in the VRBO pictures was broken, the beach wagon was broken (however the host did provide a new one on day 5 of a 7 day stay), and the house did not have a beach umbrella which required us to rent a beach wagon and purchase a beach umbrella. All of this would have been tolerable had the host actually acknowledged the issues and communicated promptly. It was readily apparent that the host treats this property as a "business venture" and is more concerned about making a buck through deceptive measures than providing a value added product to renters. Overall, a very bad experience.
