This is a new renovation villa,in Shinjuku area. Nishi Waseda Station is 4-minute walk away. Is a rare beautiful villa..Our villa is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood and we would definitely recommend our listings to travellers who want to get away from the noisy city life to get a good break time. It also has good modes of transportation to go to the famous sightseeing place.If you are looking for a central location to use as a starting point to explore the city this is the place for you.

The villa has 3 floors (4 bedrooms, 2 independent bathrooms and 2 toilet and1 kitchen ).

First floor has a traditional Japanese-style room . At night, you can experience Japanese traditional tatami. ( --Maximum 3 mattresses)

The second floor has with spacious room and kitchen ,you can chat with friends enjoying coffee and tea and foods. Clean and tidy kitchen, you can show cooking, take care of family or friends.

The Third floor has two rooms, Each room has a comfortable double bed.With every sunshine awaking you up in the morning, I believe you will like it! I hope you have the best memories here!

The house was centrally located close to the train station, Don Quijoto and convenience stores, so no car needed. There were 12 of us, and we were all comfortable, and appreciated that there were 2 full baths. We would definitely stay there again if we ever went back to Tokyo. And the host was wonderful.

Great place to stay with a big family

We had a group of 8 stay here and the place was clean and Asami was very communicative and friendly. Theres a laundromat across the street and convenience stores close by.

It was perfect for an extended family of grandparents, almost adult kids and their parents. It was very well supplied and equipped. Our oldest granddaughter loved the tatami room. She is very much into her grandmother's heritage. Very convenient to train station.

Wonderful Stay In Shinjuku!

Great property and host, was one of the best Vrbo properties that we've stayed at! Very well appointed home, lots of items to make cooking or eating in easy and place was spacious, clean and just overall great to be in! Would love to come back and stay in the same area again, tons of restaurants and things to do, easy acess to trains and subway. Great stay!!

Great Area to Stay but a bit Noisy

Great house and location. Only downside is the property next door is an alcohol delivery service for local resturants so expect to hear the sound of bottles from about 6:30 onwards.

Cozy Stay near Bustling Shinjuku

The property was cozy, convenient and complete with a lot of room - perfect for a big family or group of friends. Amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. The location was close to local eateries and only a 10-15 minute walk to heart of festivities near Shinjuku as well. There were many alley bars that we saw, but were not able to try, which was pretty cool. Asami was easy to get a hold of when we needed to. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone with a family.

Nice option in Okubo

Our host was super helpful and very communicative. The house was clean and had all of the basics. We had a group of 8 which was pretty much the maximum I think it can reasonably hold. The location was decent. We had about a 6 minute walk to a couple of grocery store options. It was 4 minutes to one railway stop which unfortunately closed for a portion of the trip and we couldn't use. There are many dining options along the route to the Shin-Okubo station. The host Asami immediately dealt with a smoke detector battery that chirped and had them replaced. All of the basic items for a kitchen were there. A solid, good experience

Happy house in Okubo

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in the house for four months together and found it to be the perfect location and a great space for a group! The train station is very close and there are plenty of shops nearby. Asami-San was professional and helpful anytime we needed her. Having the traditional room was really enjoyable for us to try sleeping on a tatami floor. There is a washing machine inside and if you don’t want to hang dry, laundry mat right across the alley. The kitchen has everything you need and the bath was fantastic. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Tokyo. We will miss it very much!

Property was what we expected. Clean and in good condition.

Owner/manager was very helpful. Unfortunately the adjacent property is a liquor distributor and at 6 o’clock in the morning their truck backs into garage just outside our window...BEEP.BEEP.BEEP goes backup alarm. Then they start unloading and loading crates of beer and liquor. So, don’t expect to sleep in.
