This spacious, modern and sunny home with multiple living areas has been tastefully decorated throughout. Suitable for 1-2 families or small groups of mature couples it is located in the heart of Mangawhai s Golden Circle . Within walking distance of the shops, estuary and golf course what more could you want, maybe a pool, well its got that too! The main house has three bedrooms and a bathroom and then the sleepout a bedroom, bathroom and a huge living area.
The lush tropical gardens provide a beautiful background and create a relaxing oasis reminiscent of a tropical island. The hardest decision will be whether to venture out or just to chill out around the pool. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy Magical Mangawhai.
Note:

There is only room for two cars to be parked off the street at this property
The pool is not a large pool and is not heated. It is only operational from Labour Weekend to April inclusive.
Please note all beds in the house are Split Kings and can be split into 2 Singles. The Sleepout bed is a Californian King and can split into two King singles

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
