Terrible neighborhood!

We did not stay at this property due to the neighborhood and worried about our vehicle being vandalized. The lady I dealt with was uncooperative and refused to refund our rental fee.

Guest refused to check-in never entered my property. Upon speaking to the guest it was stated they were uncomfortable with the ethnicity of the neighborhood. I stated I do understand and you are welcome to cancel if you are not comfortable. With the late cancellation it was outside of the full refund window but the cleaning fee and any other charges outside of the rental fee were refunded. The issue was not in regards to the home they never stayed but with the area.

Very Clean and warm feeling.

Everything needed was at hand, cooking items, drinking glasses,. Rooms were fresh smelling, Beds sleep very comfortable, bathrooms, squeezkey clean, towel fresh, and I love that Back Yard my goodness talk about wanting a returning visit. Well loved MY AIR B&B. Thanks AGA, Ab&b.
