Spacious property within a 10 minute walk to the City of London and 4 minutes to Old Street. The flat is in close proximity to many bars and restaurants, but it is also very quiet as it is well insulated and situated on a quiet side street. The amenities on offer make it perfect for couples, families and business travellers. The flat is a new build, therefore it feels very fresh and all the furniture is brand new.

The living room has a 65 inch Smart TV and the host is happy for guests to use his Amazon FireTV (including Amazon Prime) and premium Netflix account. The TV cabinet has LED lighting features operated by a remote control to set the mood. You can connect your own music to the high quality speakers via Bluetooth. There is a glass table sitting four people in the kitchen. The apartment is equipped with a toaster, kettle, coffee maker and microwave, as well as all essential cooking utensils. A second bathroom is available for quick access from the living room given the flat is quite large.

The master bedroom has a super king size bed and a 65 inch Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The second bedroom has a king size bed with a 55 inch Smart TV. Each bedroom has a guest wardrobe and hangers as well as 4 pillows and 600 thread count (hotel quality) bedding.

There is underfloor heating in every room and it’s easy to regulate the temperature, which is especially nice during the colder winter months. There is also a super fast unlimited fiber-optic wifi connection.

The flat is close to many shops and grocery stores, with a Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Co-Op within a 4-10 minute walk.

The flat is situated right between Old Street, known as the Silicon Valley of London due to the presence of many innovative tech companies and startups, and the City of London, which is the financial district.

Old Street has many restaurant, bars, clubs, galleries and has an artistic and techie flair. In terms of restaurants, I'd recommend Pham Sushi, which is an authentic and reasonably priced Japanese restaurant, and Old Street Chinese, which has an extensive menu and large portions.

The City of London is the historic financial centre. It has many elegant glass buildings and the largest arts centre in Europe (Barbican Arts Centre). The Ned is absolutely worth a visit - its Grand Banking Hall has eight restaurants and plays live music.
