A perennial favorite, this upper level apartment in a group of four sits high on the hill at the top of Peregian Esplanade.
The large northern balcony has excellent ocean views, opening out from the well appointed living area which flows through to the dining and kitchen. And there is a second balcony from the dining room.
The two bedrooms are privately set back and a half level higher with the mast bedroom featuring a spa ensuite, along with the main bathroom combined with a fully equipped laundry.
The apartment block has a pool for guests to enjoy and there is a single car port for easy parking.

Peregian stay

4 senior adults, (73 - 79) Booked for 11 days. Unit is really only suitable and set up for 2 adults and 2 children. 28 steps from car to front door of unit, which wasn't mentioned in promotion information, and extremely difficult for older people to drag luggage and groceries up. Could do with some maintenance and repairs. Views were good, and main bedroom/ensuite was very nice. Sofa large and comfortable, outdoor furniture adequate but umbrella (only outdoor seating shade) was shredded and unusable.
