My only negative comment is the 9.30 am checkout.
Instead of a 1pm check-in, would be better to have a 2pm check-in and a 10.30 check-out.
Otherwise it was fantastic.
The booking process is cumbersome, paid so many additional fees. The advert on Stayz was incorrect, internet was not included. An expensive get away given you are expected to take your own sheets and towels. The girls who handle the enquires are young, inexperienced and lack professionalism. We are not tenants you can push around, we are holidaying, we don’t ever have to give you repeat business. When I enquired about the internet password, despite it being advertised with internet, I was told to go and do my work on the street, I had to get my screenshots of the booking as evidence and they then provided a dongle. Very disappointing level of professionalism. If you want repeat holiday booking business, lift your game and treat people with basic respect, you treated us like we were an inconvenience.
We were there for 4 days to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday, she had recently had a stroke, this booking and the manner in which it is managed certainly took the shine off the holiday. Too many hidden fees with Stayz, I won’t use you again and I won’t be booking through the real estate either.
Very central to all facilities, did not need to get in the car once during our 4 day visit.

Fabulous property
The unit is well appointed and located within walking distance to most things. Even though we started through the worst weather in 30 years the unit was spacious and we still enjoyed our stay.
