Spacious comfortable clean and ONE BLOCK FROM THE OCEAN. we loved our family reunion here. With many fans the lack of airconditioning was not a problem. Having bikes and beach chairs made our stay even more fun.

Plenty of room for larger group. We rented upstairs and downstairs units. Both units have everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. Very convenient location- close to everything, including a park on the bay for young kiddos. Clean. No complaints.

You can't go wrong in Newport!

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Beach! We loved the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc that come with the property. The bikes were so much fun on the board walk. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units. We preferred the upstairs rooms, but the downstairs patio and patio chairs. We ran into a few issues that were resolved by the property owners. We would stay again.

Magnificent Beach Holiday in Winter

Wow! What a great property. We were a stone's throw from the beach; houses were festively decorated and we enjoyed one of the best sunsets we have ever seen. The kitchen is well stocked - even aluminum foil and oil for BBQing. The bikes and beach toys are a great addition. The directions shared in advance for check in were a bit daunting and had me worried, but the team are super attentive and everything was great. I highly recommend staying here!

Great property

This beach house has a great location as it's only about a block from the beach. Our family loved all the bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs that came with the rental. They even included the beach towels, which was much appreciated, since other rentals we have had did not. The rental was clean and well appointed. The major downside was parking. Each unit comes with a small one car garage. Street parking is very competitive, and can be extremely frustrating if your group is large, like ours was. But in their defense, you would have that problem with any place down there.

Newport Beach Gem

A nice clean property, with close access to the beach and local restaurants. The neighborhood is very quite and a great place to relax for a weekend or a week

Family reunion 10 out of 10

We just had our family reunion. The property was perfect. Richard met us for a smooth and easy check in. Before I knew it I had a cold drink in my hand while I quickly unpacked and headed to the beach. The 30 second walk was amazing. My cousin is in a wheelchair and felt comfortable at the property while visiting for a few hours one of the days. The house was great. Loved sitting out patio at night for some great games and talks. The only complaint I herd that was the knives weren’t the sharpest but we had some great meals regardless. This was my first time renting a vacation property and I would definitely come back and do it again. John S

Great stay for a large family close to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach. The house is very close to the beach. We used the backpack beach chairs and bikes. We even used a boogie board twice and the sand toys. The house comfortably slept 16. The four bathrooms made it easy too. The patio and balcony added to the living space. The location is close to a convenience store and strip mall with a bakery, taco shop, and more. I recommend Chronic Tacos! We parked a small SUV in the garage It was tight but it fit. Parking on the street can be a challenge. But it wasn’t too bad. We really enjoyed our stay - the location and accommodations made it great. My wife’s family commended me for the choice.

so close to the ocean!!!

We loved it. Very close short walk to beach. We went to area parks, ie; Disney and knotts and it was very well located for all our needs. We plan on trying to book a beach only stay in the future. Thank you for all the bikes, chairs, etc.

Super close to the beach, roomy, plenty of boogie boards and bikes!

Our family of 15 rented both units in October and were very satisfied. A quick walk to the beautiful beach, and many bikes for our use to ride around town and to get to the boardwalk several blocks away. Our kids loved the boogie boards. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Parking was a little more of a hassle because of our big suburban, but we were able to make it work despite not being able to use the garage. Tips from the owners were helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
