Premier ground floor entry home. Super wide and spacious living room, dining and kitchen areas. Totally upgraded with expansive granite counters, duel pane windows, insulated, heating and air conditioning. Washer & Dryer. Just steps to Mission beach and 1/2 block to Pacific Ocean. Grassy picnic area just outside the front door. Great area for walking, skating and bike riding. See the city lights & fireworks from the front patio. Has one garage and one covered car port. Completely furnished, ready to move in. Big screen plasma tv's, dishwasher, microwave, new kitchen. 1 Big King, 1 Queen, 1 trundle bed with roll away. All of first floor is ours and the King Bedroom and bath is on the second floor.

Perfect location!

Located right on the bayside walk and close to restaurants, activities and perfect view of Seaworld fireworks every night. Very peaceful area and would definitely stay there again.

Awesome place. Even better than the pictures. 2 parking spots and the little one even fit my 4 door Tacoma(super tight, but done right and you are good). Hosts were quick to respond to messages.

A Wonderful Christmas on the Bay

We came to spend Christmas with our granddaughters and the rest of the family, and this spot was a nice complement to our daughter’s home. The house had everything we needed, loved walking along the bay and the ocean was just across the street. Lots of restaurants close by and even a new playground for our granddaughters. We come to San Diego often, and will definitely stay here again.

Bay views with ocean access

Great location! Couldn’t ask for a better location. Quiet area on the bay but safer than closer locations to Belmont. Perfect space to walk to restaurants and access point 19 on the beach. Olive’s was great for brunch and Miss B’s for dinner within 2 minutes. Nice space to spread out but outside is so wonderful that is where we spent our time. Great stay!

Wonderful Stay and Excellent Hosts

We just stayed at Bob and Vanessa's condo for the 2nd year in a row, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo is very comfortable, and the location facing onto to Mission Bay Walk and the bay is perfect. We could just step outside and walk for miles, kids could play on the grass or on the sand, and we took our kayak and some paddleboards out in the bay. The owners are very responsive and easy to deal with, answering questions quickly and overall making our stay very relaxed and fun! We hope to be back again next year.

Beautiful Property - Awesome location

We loved our stay ! Property is right in the middle of everything . We walked everywhere . Check in easy, location also easy to find . We had a mid size car , no problems parking in garage . There are toys, boogie boards , etc in the garage but we had no time to use them . Owners gave us comprehensive information that we needed for our stay. We would love to return to this property !

Relaxing bayside location

This house was in a perfect location. We spent our mornings and evenings on the front porch watching people go by and enjoying the view of the bay. We were able to walk to the beach and to nearby restaurants for food. Our daughters rented roller skates and enjoyed the boardwalk. Only thing we wished had been there were beach towels. We flew in from Seattle with only carryon bags so packing a beach towel was not an option.

Perfect place, location and vacation

We rented for our daughters college graduation over Memorial Day weekend. We were very pleased with the amount of amenities included in kitchen and living space. Wi-Fi/speakers, Direct TV, beach chairs and kitchen appliances that felt like home. Only two minor things I would say could be improved - propane for the bbq and the listing on line said check in/out was 3:00pm- 11:00am but upon check in owner said it was 4:00pm and I 10:00am. Overall, it was a great place and great stay! A lot of conveniences within walking distances too! I would very much recommend.

Perfect Location

We stayed here with 5 children, which you would think would be trying. However, this location made it easy. It was across from the bay with a little grassy area for the kids to play. We were able to watch while swinging on the porch swing. Also, it took us a total of 4 minutes to get to the beach, walking, with kids in tow. Being that this isn’t directly on the beach it allowed for more privacy than staying right on the crowded boardwalk. The property was clean and even had some chairs and boogie boards available, which was a nice surprise. Next time we book a trip to Mission Beach we agreed it would be at this location.

Great Bayside Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay in Bob & Vanessa’s beach house and would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for morning walks to the coffee shop and evening strolls to dinner. The home is spacious and comfortable. We spent quite a bit of time on the front porch swing enjoying the view of the bay. One thing worth mentioning is the kitchen does contain pots, pans and silverware but there are no spices like salt & pepper or tin foil & ziplock bags. Keep that in mind if you plan on cooking in the home. Also, there were quite a few people in the unit above us that were loud at times. It was 4th of July week though and there was quite a bit of excitement in the area. Watching fireworks from the front porch was a highlight of our stay!

Mission Bay Beauty

Bob and Vanessa were so easy to work with and responded instantly with dwelling and check in info. The location and space were perfect for our stay of four adults. Desk and wifi for working away from home. Large TV for football viewing. Beds were comfy and kitchen had what we needed for simple meals. Perfect patio area with swing right on the Mission Bay path for people/boat watching and heading out for run/walk. Short walk for coffee, pizza and beach. Easy to venture out and see the San Diego area. We hope to come back and stay here next time we are in San Diego! Thanks Bob & Vanessa for sharing your space so we could enjoy a family Thanksgiving vacation.

Great beach house!

House is beautiful, updated, and clean. Location is perfect for families. Parking is tight in the neighborhood, but there are two spaces that come with the unit so it worked great. All of the basics needed for our stay were supplied including beach equipment and towels. Overall the house offered great space for relaxing and visiting. When you walk out the back door to the patio, the Bay is right there. Everything we needed was in walking distance or a short car ride away. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great property, right on Mission Bay and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of towels and very clean. Only quirk was to get air movement, you had to open the front doors and the garage door. Bedrooms had ceiling fans and bathrooms were great.

This is a beautiful place on the bay. Stunning views of the bay. Great location next to the bay and beach. The house is very nice and clean. The hosts are very friendly and easy to get a hold of. I had a wonderful time with my family and would definitely stay there again. Five stars!!!

Can't Beat the View & Location

We had a great week at this lovely, spacious house. The ac was an added plus. Queen & king beds were comfy. Loved cooking in the extra large kitchen. Paper towels & toilet paper were provided to get you started as well as hand soap, little toiletries & didh liquid. There were enough dishes, cookwear & 2 coffee pots. We brought everything else we needed. Sitting on the patio just watching the standup paddle boarders was very relaxing. The garage fit my van. And only 2 blocks to the ocean. Lots of restaurants to walk to. We loved it. Bob was very quick and easy to communicate with via messages.

We picked this property because we fell in love with it and feel that it is just a wonderful place to be at the beach and enjoy the area.

What makes this property unique

This place is unique in being right on the Bay and having a grass area right in front of the door to play and picnic on with the sandy beach and bay right there. The grass even helps keep the sand out of the house as you go in and out. Sitting on the porch you see San Diego and the fireworks from Sea World right there to see whenever they are fired off.
